Not long ago my pal Susan Lassiter-Lyons turned me on to RED Capital Group. If you’re in to commercial real estate you should check them out. They have GREAT multifamily financing programs and I LOVE their free research reports.
And speaking of which…

It’s chock full of essential info, such as:
