Land trusts are very effective tools used by us savvy, in the know, real estate investors.  One of the major advantages of holding property in a trust and not in your personal name is the ease of transfer of interest. A transfer of interest in a trust can be done effortlessly with an Assignment of Beneficial Interest.”  There is also no need for a notary, witness, or any type of public recording.
